Description: Family and Supportive Housing in Jamaica Plain
For the week of 2/20/23, the 3368 Washington Street construction team will be erecting the tower crane which will involve multiple deliveries of material and a mobile crane onsite.
For the week starting 2/27/23, the team will be pouring concrete and continuing to build out the basement. The tower crane will be in use, and large deliveries will be ongoing for items such as wood panels and rebar.
3368 Washington Street construction will continue on Saturday 8/20/2022 to continue the rock removal. Our team continues to work on methods to accelerate this work so that we may better define the end date(s) of this phase. The work for next week will continue to involve rock hammering/cutting and other foundation related work.
