For the 3rd consecutive year we freezed in order to raise awareness for mental health. We are two friends, Mona & Kristin who love swimming in summers and winters. Before Christmas we swim 24 days in a row in Zürich's frigid waters and invite you in to join us! The water is not that cold (yet). And promised, it's fun!
