NGO360° is an enterprising initiative to support the NGOs in setting themselves up legally and equipping them with the right tools to succeed.
The need for NGO360 came up when we realised the lack of proper guidance in terms of importance of registrations under sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act and under the FCRA Act; and their related compliance which are critical to the going concern of the NGOs at times.
Thus came the concept of NGO360, an exclusive web portal to provide solutions to the umpteen number of NGOs which require services in the field of registrations and related compliance. We are also eager to provide funding solutions to the NGOs and act as a platform for channelling of CSR funds which are a mandatory requirement under the Companies Act, 2013.
