The y-SIS, a short for young SIS, is a group of the Italian Statistical Society (SIS) dedicated to promoting activities, organizing events and session at statistical conferences and workshops, providing social networking tools for young people dealing with statistics. This in order to discuss research, exchange ideas with each other, and connect with the Italian statistical community at large, as well as with other European and International young group of other scientific societies.
We aim to: Create a network of young statisticians to exchange ideas, discuss on research in Statistics. Create a network with European and International young groups of other scientific societies.
