Throughout our journey, I will become a familiar face. So, a little about me. I have training in Iyengar Yoga style. I have been actively practicing and teaching since last 8 years. While growing up in India, I was immersed in the rich history and teachings of yoga and spirituality and it became an integral part of who I am today.
