Yoga on the Park Studio
Yoga on the Park has merged with Meta 1111 . Classes are now held in person at 5440 Queen Mary Road, Suite 103 , and online on Zoom through the Wellness Living platform. You can find us at www.meta1111.com .
We thank our students for almost 20 years of yoga at our old space on Sherbrooke St. and online. We encourage you to continue your practice at Meta 1111, or at one of these other NDG locations that offer yoga:
