The Yoga Center of Steamboat is a Sangha (community) created to provide a sacred space for education and practices that promote a life in balance: a healthy body, peaceful mind, and joyful heart for both students and teachers. As of 2022, we are a donation based studio for ALL of our yoga classes.
Our studio is located in downtown Steamboat Springs, overlooking the Yampa River and Emerald Mountain. Our beautiful studio offers students and teachers a place of tranquility and peace. Listen to the sound of the river, gaze at budding aspen trees, and enjoy the serenity of nature. It’s hard not to feel inspired when you are surrounded by such beauty!
