The Waterloo Wellington Integrated Hospice Palliative Care Regional Program is responsible for supporting excellent hospice palliative care services and for ensuring that that these services will be accessible to the people of Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WWLHIN), regardless of place of residence, diagnosis or care setting, consistent with the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Associations (CHPCA) Model to Guide Hospice Palliative Care (2013) .
