Vintage '49 Water Pail The same design wood bucket as the above water pail, but made from very special red cedar, grown here on Southern Vancouver Island.  The logs were cut in 1949 and stored air dry since then. The wood has aged from the distinctive natural orange into lighter hues of pink,  light orange, to light brown. The sweet cedar scent is just as strong as ever.
