The club started with just one 8U (age 8 and under) boys team. In 2018, the Stings fielded 10 baseball and 5 softball teams, comprised of 122 players, participated in more than 220 games, and were supported by 40 volunteer coaches. For the Spring 2019 season, the club will grow yet again and will feature 11 baseball teams and 5 softball teams in ages ranging 8-13.
The Stings Baseball and Softball Club has reestablished Williamston as a reputable venue for high quality baseball and softball in Mid-Michigan. The Club benefits from a large and growing presence of dedicated coaches and engaged parents. It’s energized by a local, grass-roots orientation, designed to provide excellence in youth baseball instruction and competition.
