Description: Xceleader's Vote HBCU is a nonpartisan national civic engagement program with a mission to educate, mobilize and activate students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) to ignite social change and increase civic engagement on campus and in their communities. We bring a new approach to mobilizing HBCU students in a way where civics and culture intersect.
We conducted survey with hundreds of HBCU students on the topic of civic engagement. Here are a few of the insights from our study:

Vote HBCU® exists as a platform for HBCU students and alums to drive civic education in a way that’s relatable to our culture. Also, to increase civic engagement, including, but not limited to, voting in every election at local, state, and federal levels, working polls on election day, and mobilizing those around us to do the same.
