Join the Wellington Wind Symphony for an evening of myth, magic, and (kind of) creepy fairy tales! The Canadian Premiere (!) of Bruce Broughton’s monumental, Grimm Tales (with its cast of alluring characters–Rapunzel, Red Riding Hood, Rumpelstiltskin, and the Musicians of Bremen), anchors the program, along with the atmospheric music of German composer, Rolf Rudin (“The Dream of Oenghus”), and the “wildly inventive” Viet Cuong and his “Sound and Smoke.” We have a little Offenbach to show off too!
