Dear Wauconda Park District Resident, As you may know, the Wauconda Park District is undergoing a Comprehensive Master Plan Update that will guide the District for the next ten years. Your input is critical to the success of this project. Feedback from our residents is used to establish priorities for investment.
The following survey is one facet of community input for this project, providing an opportunity for you to share your thoughts about our parks, facilities, and programs. You have been selected at random to receive this statistically valid survey. Because the survey is sent to a limited number of residents, your participation is important. An independent firm has been engaged to conduct the survey, compile the data, and present the results to the Park District. Responses will remain confidential.
