Whether its walking across a barefoot nature path built in the woods or watching your prototype come to life in the 3D printer, learning should always have an element of fun. The passions and interests of our students are the gateway to crafting our lessons, and we use them to open up the worlds of “traditional” subjects in fun and creative ways.
Learning and growth is deeply personal, pushing our emotional and intellectual boundaries beyond their comfort levels. In other words, learning is risky. Students must feel that their school community is one that celebrates their unique personality and enables them to take the risk of genuine learning. An environment where a student feels comfortable and safe is an environment where they can thrive.
