We often do Disney resorts in the summer. Brunch at Whispering Canyon (Wilderness Lodge) is one of our mainstays. But, I gotta tell you, we’re getting a bit tired of the long waits way past our reservation time. And the menu is getting old.
Still, it’s an easy drive/park/hang out place. With air-conditioning!
Rich had his usual “Western Style Benedict” (with vanilla milkshake) and, while I’d made plans to choose a gluten-free entree, by the time we were seated, I was starving and I succumbed to the Bison Burger with Sweet Potato Fries and a Diet Coke. Delicious, absolutely, but I paid for it later and it was a dose of Benadryl for me. This gluten situation seems to be getting worse.
