Learn the art of pole dancing through technical guidance with our welcoming instructor staff and learn to incorporate your technical pole moves into your freestyle dance at the pole.
We offer these classes with the idea that lifetime fitness can be achieved through authentic movement. These classes include body isolation, floorwork, flexibility, conditioning, and more to support your pole dance style safely.
