If you’re reading this article, you’re likely someone who has experienced a case (or two) of the blues over the years, and you’re struggling with how to get unstuck nearly eight weeks into quarantine. Isolation can have a negative impact on mood in even healthy individuals; so for someone who already suffers from depression, it can be a real kick in the nuts (also very depressing).
My interest in non-pharmaceutical interventions for depression first started when I made the decision to get sober a few years ago.
