Tovil Parish Council was formed in 1987 and has been active since that time. The Parish Office is located at Tovil Community Centre, Barfreston Close, Tovil and is open to the public via appointment only.
Parish Council Meetings are held quarterly on the second Monday of every month, at 7:00pm in the YMCA Community Centre, the Planning Committee meets monthly on the last Monday of the month. During the quarterly Full Council Meeting there is a public forum, members of the public have three minutes to address the Council and raise any matters they feel need to be brought to their attention.
