Christopher discovered the Indiana University wood shop while majoring in biology. During his final semester, he spent most his free time in the carpentry shop designing and fabricating a series of furniture pieces that would earn him a scholarship to the Academy of Art, San Francisco. His studies in Interior Architecture and Design cut the path for his design career, and he formed the design label TIER.
Since, Christopher has led the design and branding for numerous hospitality and residential clients. TIER believes it’s mandatory to be involved in all stages of the design and process, form the brand identity creation through hands-on artisanal finishes.
