Meet Panda Hi, I'm Panda ! Who am I? That's a big ques­tion. I'm an all around queer nerd. I as­pire (pos­sibly na­ively!) to help make the world a bet­ter place, and to be friendly and kind to oth­ers. I some­times (or of­ten, if I'm hon­est with my­self) take my­self too ser­i­ously and I'm not as clev­er or know­ledgable as I try to make my­self out to be. I have green eyes, freckles, and long hair - some­times a beard.

I have a few hob­bies. I like mak­ing things (usu­ally with web tech­no­lo­gies), play­ing board and role play­ing games, trav­el­ling and try­ing out new things, and tak­ing (mostly ana­logue) pho­tos. I also en­joy listen­ing to mu­sic, hik­ing, mak­ing pizza, and brew­ing cof­fee.

I've done a vari­ety of things: mostly build­ing web­sites, web apps, and de­veloper plat­forms, and lead­ing agile pro­jects and teams. I work at the Sci­ence and Tech­no­logy Fa­cil­it­ies Coun­cil (STFC) (part of UK Re­search and Inova­tion ).
