I work holistically, treating the whole body guiding you to find inner peace, building strength and flexibility through the essence of Dru Yoga and the treatments available, creating a programme tailored to you.
I am qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher, Children’s yoga teacher having trained with Yoga Bugs and Calm for Kids, and a Yoga Therapist for Infants & Children with Special Needs. To compliment my yoga I have studied as a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, Thai Foot Massage and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage Therapist. I have completed Reiki 1, 2 and 3 in the Usui/Tibetan Reiki tradition, Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing. I am currently studying for a diploma to become a Clinical Essential Oils practitioner.
