Moreover, as a direct sales organisation, we maintain a close relationship with Thermomix® Consultants and customers worldwide. This allows us to identify rare areas of concern that can impair the use of the Thermomix® very early on.
We have observed a few cases in the market where a problem has arisen when using the Thermomix®. This is why, we have therefore decided to issue an important safety notice on 23 August 2022 about this problem, which could potentially occur.
