My name is Talia Litman and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and writer specializing in couples and sex therapy. My psychology background and desire to help people thrive in their relationships led me to become a marriage and family therapist.
Originally from Nottingham, England, I received a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Edinburgh, and a master's degree in organizational psychology from the University of London. After eight years working internationally as a strategy and insights consultant, I attended Mercy College in New York to earn a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy.
Prior to starting Talia Marriage and Family Therapy, PLLC, I worked as a therapist at Collaborative MFT , Key2Connection , and Renew Counseling . I currently work with clients in New York and New Jersey, and am an out-of-state telehealth provider for Florida. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich premarital therapy facilitator.
