Remember these blondies? I definitely do and let me tell you why: I make them all. the. time. Seriously. I made them the last two weeks in a row. I make them for birthdays, office parties and more often than not, for random weekday evenings. Blondies are perfect because you probably already have the ingredients (flour, sugar, one egg, salt) and you can put anything you want in them, chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit.
So you making blondies this weekend? Or what’s on the baking docket? I’m thinking I’ll make these and since this recipe lead me to The Toasted Sprinkle , I’ll probably spend my weekend scouring its sprinkled goodness. Happy Friday!
