It is the mission of the Swansea Housing Authority to provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing to both the elderly and non-elderly disabled at Martin Court as well as at our Federal Scattered Family Sites and Group Home . We have priorities and preference ratings; they being elderly veteran residents, non-elderly veteran residents, elderly residents, non-elderly disable residents, elderly non-residents and non-elderly disabled non-residents. Rent is based on income at the rate of 30% of the net income
