The Sumter Youth Center (SYC) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit, community-based organization serving the social service needs of youth and families on the north and south ends of Sumter County. Our goal is to enable those we serve to adapt and contribute productively in our multi-cultural society. SYC began in 2001 as a joint project of Sumter County Community leaders.
