July 13th, 2016 — Zimbabwean journalists and citizens tweeted on Wednesday evening that Mawarire was apparently released after the local magistrate ruled that the police had acted unconstitutionally in their arrest of the pastor.
And thanks are due to the dozens of Zimbabwean human rights lawyers who stood up in Court to represent Pastor Evan. Well done!
