When I saw the Freshly Picked Bundle from Concord & 9th I knew it would soon be in my craft room. You will see why shortly. Then I saw Angelica one of The Greetery’s designers blend distress oxide inks to color apples and I was off to create. You can see her video here .
The basket has a lot of texture when it is die cut and it is super easy to put together. The there are two different stems for the apple so they go in two different directions which I love. What makes this set truly unique is the interactive element they built into the basket. You can assemble the basket with or without the interactive element.
To make it interactive you add a slider to one of the apples so the apple can be “picked” from the basket and display a note. ♥ The coordinating stamp set provides adorable sentiments as seen here or you can write a personal note.
