After acquiring the property in July of 2000, we began renovations and development of 95 and 100 Crimea to realize its potential to service the Guelph community. This property houses 94,000 square feet of building on 6.2 acres of land in the heart of the city of Guelph. Since that time, it has been transformed from a huge warehouse to several smaller independent spaces. We now house 30 charities, non-profit organizations, and small businesses.
