Means for Democracy (Tools for Better Self-Governance)
Description: The Climate Action and Resiliency Division (CARD) within the County Administrator’s Office is dedicated to helping the County address the climate crisis and achieve climate-related goals and objectives. The Energy and Sustainability Division, formerly under the direction of the General Services Department, was recently merged with CARD and continues to provide a one-stop shop for residential and commercial property owners who are interested in making energy, water, wildfire safety, and seismic upgrades.
