The proposal for the II Latin American Symposium on Ergology places at the center of the discussions the encounters between the constituted knowledge about the work activity and the unavoidable singularities of the experiences located in unprecedented times and spaces. It is understood that these discussions contribute to keeping those who produce academic knowledge about work attentive to the contradiction inherent in these processes, which never reach a finished form, a stabilized panorama of work activit
