Description: Our gins use the bounty of our wild and rugged landscape. We use the purest local fruits and flowers and combine them with classic gin ingredients to capture the essence, authenticity and spirit of the Peak District. These elements create the wonderful layers of aroma and flavour you can taste in every sip of our small batch, hand-crafted gin.
We’ve harnessed our landscapes immense forces, the micro climate, fresh spring waters and natural botanicals to create a range of gins with a totally unique character, nose and finish . We call this GINOLOGY . Our aim is simple, to capture the beauty and spirit of the Peak District in a bottle.

A London Dry Gin with juniper and citrus flavours enhanced with fruity notes. It’s smooth and warm with a long but slightly spicy finish.
