What can I say? I love God, people, and living an abundant, peaceful, and joy-filled life. My desire is to serve through helping others do the same. I might add that such a life(style) comes with ups, downs, and turnarounds because it is real, imperfect life!
An educator and health/well-being strategist, I truly believe that [rightly applied] “knowledge is power” and am convinced that taking charge of your well-being allows you to live a longer, healthier life. I am an encourager and tend to say that I “live teaching.”

While fulfilling the role of Wellcoaches Coach Concierge and pursuing my dream of more effectively helping people to “be well,” I became a Certified Professional Health and Wellness Coach, later earned my PhD (Community Health), then most recently became a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
