Some research has shown that the number one cause of mental and physical health issues is social isolation. SenzeHealth builds a community that encompasses Elders, their Families, their Caregivers. Volunteers, elder care related professional services, donors and CSR entities.
Whether you are in need of Elder care, or you are a Caregiver, the journey can sometimes be too much to bear alone. Being part of an active, supportive, caring community is a vital part of a recovery or ageing process. All of us are ageing, and the important thing is to do so with dignity and meaning.
