Description: SDFSA works with scuba divers, free divers, snorkellers, the State, local councils and other organisations to protect and enhance the underwater experience across South Australia.
Our Federation brings SA’s recreational scuba diving shops, clubs, related NGOs and individual divers, snorkellers and free divers together as a single, strong force. We advocate for the enjoyment and preservation of our unique underwater world. We support and advise our stakeholders in all diving related matters.
We keep divers informed through our monthly Newsletter , our Facebook group sharing information about SA Dive Sites Viz and Conditions , and provide a forum for debate on diving issues through our Facebook page.
SDFSA’s Goals Act as a peak body for recreational scuba diving clubs, snorkellers and free divers in South Australia. Represent all recreational scuba divers, snorkellers and free divers in all relevant diving matters, including the provision of information for decision making by government and / or the general public.
