Pack 75 Cub Scouts Cub Scouts is an Elementary School program run by parents. It is broken down into what are called den levels by school grade. Youth can start as early as kindergarten as a Lion in Pack 75. Up to 7 ranks can be earned, before graduating to Troop 75, after earning the Arrow of Light Award in the 5th grade.
