Welcome to Sasquatch Recording. We are a digital multitrack recording studio located in the historic Bingen Theater in Bingen, WA. We specialize in capturing musical performances with a live, analog feel in a unique creative environment.
Sasquatch Recording makes its home within the historic Bingen Theater, a 1940s era former movie theater located in the majestic Columbia River Gorge in Bingen, WA – about an hour from the Portland metro region. The studio / theater is a unique space for creativity featuring 15′ foot ceilings and a 2000+ square foot live room with a large stage, multiple isolation rooms and a dedicated control room.
Our studio features an analog front end with a 32 channel Soundcraft Ghost console recording onto a Logic Pro X platform. A range of quality microphones, preamps, instruments and amplifiers are available for use, including our Fostex E-22 1/2″ 2 track reel to reel tape machine for analog summing and mastering.
