The Saltisford Canal Trust had a trading company, Saltisford Canal Trading Ltd, which was the management company for the site and produced the revenue for the Trust to use for its charitable purposes. As of the 31 st March 2017 the Trust had acquired all the assets and liabilities of Saltisford Canal Trading Ltd. The Saltisford Canal Trust Ltd now manages the site and generates the revenue needed to meet the Trust’s charitable objectives.
Over the years with the help of our volunteers The Saltisford Canal Centre has been transformed from a site of dereliction into tranquil moorings, set in a landscape of gardens and orchards.
