Sally Shrestha Yoga is based in Dorking, a peaceful market town nestled in the Surrey Hills. Sally teaches Hatha Yoga classes for ages 16+ and all abilities. Having trained as a yoga teacher later in life, Sally understands how the daily demands on one’s body can take their toll and how yoga can help to overcome this.
