I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow affilated to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Future Science Platform (MLAI FSP) and Robotics & Autonomous Sytems Group (RASG), Data61 of the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), Australia. I am an active member of Embodied AI research cluster lead by Professor Peyman Moghadam and contributor of its label-free representation learning research focus area. My research spans across but not limited to the areas of machine learning,
I recently completed my Ph.D. in information science at the University of Wollongong and CSIRO Data61 . My PhD was about symmetric positive definite (SPD) matrix based visual representation learning with deep networks. I worked at SCIT with the Visual Information Learning and Analysis Group where I was advised by Professor Lei Wang , Professor Changming Sun and Associate Professor Luping Zhou .
