Samir Yitzhak Gadre

I am a 3rd year Ph.D. student at Columbia University studying large datasets, models and their application to vision, language, and robotics tasks. I am privileged to be advised by Shuran Song and fortunate to receive mentorship from Kiana Ehsani , Roozbeh Mottaghi , and Ludwig Schmidt . My work is supported by a Columbia Presidential Fellowship and a NSF Graduate Research Fellowship.

Prior to Microsoft, I was an undergrad at Brown University. I had a fantastic experience working with George Konidaris and Stefanie Tellex on augmented reality robot programming and learning from demonstration.
