Sacred Heart Housing (SHH) was originally formed as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) in 1998 to support Sacred Heart Village Inc. in constructing a 78-unit senior housing complex which was being developed by Ministry of Caring , to qualify as a pass-through to receive HOME funds from New Castle County.
