The website is intended to provide up to date information about what ROOTS is all about, how it is designed and implemented, what are the successes and challenges, and most importantly how can beneficiaries access support in line with the Project design and objectives.
ROOTS was launched on 09 February 2021 by His Excellency President Adama Barrow, which underscores the national significance of the Project. Our development objective is fully aligned with the national goals of the country, specifically the National Development Plan (NDP) , Gambia National Agricultural Investment Plan (GNAIP) , and The Gambia National Climate Change Policy (2016 – 2025).
