The advent of autonomous and connected vehicles has brought new cyber-security challenges to the automotive industry and put the requirement on vehicles to be designed to remain dependable in the occurrence of cyber-attacks. My post-doc research focus was on supporting the design of secure software execution environments in automotive systems. Moreover, I explored collaborative ways of attack analysis and response when an attack is in progress on the vehicles of one fleet.
