Riverdale is a great community where nature, recreation and history come together. It is a beautiful place to visit, vacation and call "home". The US Army Corps of Engineers turned the townsite over in 1986 making Riverdale the newest incorporated city in the state. Some refer to Riverdale as "North Dakota's best-kept secret".
