Who we are Resource Equity Funders Collaborative (REFC) is a partnership of education funders committed to equity in PK-12 education. Learn More Opportunity Though education is often perceived as the great equalizer in America, our education system has promised opportunity while denying some students the essential resources needed to flourish.
In collaboration with resource equity organizations at the state and national levels, REFC is supporting a collective effort to drive durable, systemic change in the public education system so that every child has the support and resources to thrive.
