Best (Semi-)public development Campus Cadix Campus Cadix is a complex project for an artistic and technical secondary school. It is spread over a large new building block, a listed school building and monumental harbour sheds which were restored, converted and extended. The campus was designed coherently with respect for the neighborhood and its monumental architecture. Best Residential Development Eylenbosch With the repurposing of the iconic Eylenbosch Brewery in Dilbeek there came a long-awaited end to the structural vacancy of this former brewery along the Ninoofsesteenweg. This mixed project consists of 55 apartments, commercial spaces and a micro-brewery; this last occupant is proudly continuing the productive spirit of the brewery heydays.
