“The concept for the album is centered around our experience of time and each song is connected in some way to the passage of time, how inescapable it is. Not overtly other than a few lines, but more as a backdrop for all of the stories unfolding. I didn’t set out to write the album, I sort of found it along the way through my body of work. But even so I think it has a nice arc to it, both in the writing and in the energy of the songs. It’s going to really showcase the versatility of the players.”
