This wine opens with the classic Red Mare cherry, then leans toward darker fruits. It has a lovely creaminess reminiscent of biscuits, flaky pie crust, and brioche.
At 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 12% Petite Sirah this wine technically qualifies as a Cabernet Sauvignon. Co-fermented in 225L barrels, this wine is rich and nuanced.
