I'm a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) of Applied Artificial Intelligence in the School of Information Technology at Deakin University, Australia. Previously, I was a Research Fellow at The University of Toronto (2017-2019) and at The University of Melbourne (2015-2017) and before that, I was a postdoc researcher at the French Institute for Research in Computer Science and Automation (INRIA 2014-2015), France. I earned a Ph.D. and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Paris-Saclay France respectiv
I'm mainly interested in the following topics: Information Retrieval, Biomedical Text Mining, Social Network Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Recommender Systems, Databases, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
